REJECT OBAMA-HUD
SOCIAL ENGINEERING
OF NEIGHBORHOODS

A priority for the incoming President 
and Congress is:

Appoint a HUD Administrator who
will scrap the Obama-FEMA program
to social engineer residential neighborhoods.

Congress should immediately defund
this HUD program.

Albany residents should reject any
proposed rezonings in the Rezone Albany 
initiative, currently underway, and not yet
adopted, that are included to comply with
the Obama-HUD neighborhood social
engineering program in order be rewarded
with large federal grants.

The Rezone Albany initiative should be
tabled by the Albany Common Council.

In addition, the related Albany 2030 plan
should be rescinded.
