the 15 Member Albany Common

Rezone Albany opens up single
family residential neighborhoods
in the City of Albany to mixed use
development, which will destroy
neighborhood residential integrity
quality of life, home values and
the City property tax base, as well
as support for City schools and City
government services.

Not a smart move for a City on
the brink of fiscal insolvency.

Every resident of Albany will be
effected by this outcome.

Pay attention and see how your
Common Council Member votes
on this Rezone Albany Moratorium
Resolution tonight.
