BACK OFF BAILEY
AND MCLAUGHLIN
The word on the street is
that 3rd Ward Alderman
Ron Bailey will carry water
for Council President
Carolyn McLaughlin
sponsor her Resolution
to amend the City of Albany
zoning law
re: home occupations.

ZONING
Ordinance Number 10.22.15
(no sponsor, yet) is on the
Albany Common Council
Meeting agenda for Feb 19.
...................................
Ron and Carolyn -take off
your shades and blinders
there is more to Albany than
your narrow focus on your
peeps and hoods.
We do not want our hood
to look like yours.
Your Resolution, if passed
would be detrimental to
the residential integrity of
uptown Albany hoods
detrimental to the city
tax base, which supports
the city schools and city
services.
Ron, doesn't look like
you will have the
Conservative Party line
next time you are up
for election.
Carolyn as City Council
President and Albany
County Democratic Chair
you have an obligation
to represent ALL the people
and best interests
of Albany City and County.
