Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan
issued an Executive Order
declaring the City of Albany
to be a Sanctuary City.

The Albany Common Council
in December 2016 declared the
same.

of their oaths of public office as
required by the U.S. and New York
State Constitutions.

Mayor Sheehan and the Albany
Common Council are lawbreakers

doom Albany to fiscal insolvency 
make Albany residents less
safe from, and more vulnerable to
crime and acts of terrorism.

Albany voters should refuse to
sign candidate designating petitions
for the above incumbents in June
nor vote for them in the September 
party primaries  and November
